Sometimes in the course of performing our services (PC Support or Training) we may need to be able to access your PC remotely. For this purpose we use a service by which we can remotely access your PC. This saves us from having to travel to your address and personally perform those functions “in person”, so-to-speak.
For PC Support – during the course of our discussing things with you we will send you a link – usually by email – which will allow you download utilise an App through which you will give us one-time permission to access you computer remotely, following which we will temporarily access your computer (while you are at your computer) and either show directly you how to perform the various functions on your computer or we will perform those functions while you monitor and we explain what we are doing and why.
For PC Training – we can also use that same process whereby we access your computer remotely can show you how to perform the several and various functions you need to do on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
